Term 1 Week 3 Spelling
The Y sound usually occurs at the start of words.
When the letter y is at the end or in the middle of a word it will not sound like a y as in Yacht, Some words like Onion or million may be pronounced with a Y sound -
Qu is usally found a the beginning of words
